Can I return fabric purchased from your website?
Absolutely. Most of our Items are No Quibble Return. All you need to do is notify us within 7 days of Receipt of your purchase if you wish to return the Item. Pack it and send it to us and we will make a full refund within 48 hours of receiving the items after inspecting that the Items are in resell-able condition.
Who Pays the Return Postage:
This depends on the circumstances. Generally it is the buyer who bears the return cost but if the Item was Faulty we bear the return postage.
Made to Measure Curtains:
Made to Measure curtains and soft furnishings are not covered under no quibble return if they Match the specification you provided us at the time of Order. If your Made to Measure Curtains, cushions or other Soft furnishings are not according to the specifications you provided we try to resolve the issue by Re-Doing your Order. But if you don’t want it to be redone and want a refund, we will accept the return and process your return, no questions asked. Please Check our Terms & Conditions for more information.
How do I return items:
Before returning items we advise you to contact us to inform us you wish to return items. We can then suggest the best return option available to you for your return and confirm any details and cost involved for the return.
We advise that you use a tracked service to ensure both ourselves and you can confirm that we have received the return safely.
Please Note that not all courier services may be insured against damage as standard.
