All our products come with a 7 day money back guarantee. We always give detailed descriptions of goods honestly and to the best of our knowledge. Please ask for advice before buying if in doubt. Due to the setting of the computer monitor, colours may vary. Full refunds will be given on return of goods within 7 days of receipt, subject to the goods being in a resalable condition. Return postage will be at the sellers discretion. where available ask for swatches for colour / quality indicator.

Shipping Postage & Packaging

Postage and Packaging is FREE for Mainland UK and dispatched through 48-72 Hour courier. If you need express delivery, please get in touch for charges. Postage Outside UK is NOT FREE We ship all around Europe and USA. For Europe most destinations are charged between £12-£25. If you are from OUTSIDE UK Please enquire for Postage BEFORE completing your purchase.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 5-10 working days

We use Royal Mail for smaller items which takes (3-5) working days after dispatch. Mainland Europe delivery is between 2 -3 working days for all other destinations please enquire.

Measurements

All products are to fit the measurements you have provided and are made to order and orders cannot therefore be cancelled or altered once the order has been placed.

Cancellations

For MADE TO ORDER Items, cancellation is NOT possible for made to measure products once the order has been placed. This is due to the products’ bespoke nature.

Products which are all made to order so can only be returned if faulty, or not made to the specification given. If you wish to arrange for goods to be returned, please contact customer services on +44 (0) 3330 118061. If the products are considered faulty we will either rectify the problem or offer a full refund and you will incur no return postage costs. If the returned goods are found not to be faulty a fee for carriage will be charged at £9.95 per order (to include collection and re-delivery).and the goods will be returned to you with no credit being made to your account or refund given.
